NeckTite – Minimally Invasive Facial Contouring
NeckTite is one of the safest and most advanced contouring system developed by Inmode to deliver exceptionally controlled and safe collagen remodelling and fat coagulation and skin tightening for areas like lower face, neck, and loose skin on arms.
NeckTite uses RAFL (Radiofrequency assisted Lipoaspirate) technology delivered through tiny cuts in the skin, that are barely visible when healed.
With the right patient selection, the physician can deliver a toned and youthful appearance that in the past was delivered only by surgical facelifts and neck lifts.
An accurate estimate of the costs is only possible after an in-clinic consultation with Dr Prashant. We charge a £50 deposit to secure your consultation with Dr Prashant, this amount will be deducted from the costs of the treatment you go on to have at our clinic.

Is NeckTite treatment safe?
The best part of the NeckTitetreatment is the built-in dual sensor technology, that immediately cuts off the energy delivery after a set temperature is reached, dramatically reducing the chances of overheating and burns.
What problems can be treated with NeckTite?
These safe technologies can be used for Facial Contouring, Skin Laxity in areas such as jawline, neck or arms.
Is there any downtime with NeckTite treatment?
The NeckTite treatments are done under local anesthesia and are generally associated with very few and temporary side effects like swelling, bruising, and discomfort that lasts a few days. Major side effects like infections, burns, scars and bleeding are rare with this technology.
Do I need to be admitted to hospital for a NeckTite treatment?
No, both treatments are day surgeries involving local anesthesia, you can therefore walk on and off the treatment couch and go home the same day.
How do NeckTite work?
The device used for NeckTite has got a small blunt needle like probe that goes under the skin into the fatty layer, this probe emits Radiofrequency energy that preferentially passes to an external probe, heating the tissues between the two. Thus, the flow of energy and heating is extremely targeted. Overheating of the tissues is prevented by 2 temperature sensors that cut off the energy supply if the tissues reach the pre-set temperature. The delivered heat causes shrinkage and contraction of the collagen fibres that are a part of the fibroseptal network that makes up the support structure of the skin, the skin can therefore tighten to an extent. The other effect of the heating is disruption of the fat cells that when followed by lipoaspirate (suctioning away of the damaged residual fat cells) can contribute to significant fat remodelling.
How much does NeckTite cost?
At Reforme Medical a NeckTite procedure costs range from £2995 to £3995.
Is NeckTite better than Aqualyx or Fat Dissolving Injections for Double Chin?
Fat Dissolving Injections like Aqualyx can be an attractive option for a very small group of patients. The drawback of fat dissolving injections are that the response to the treatment is unpredictable and most patients require more than one treatment. The fat dissolving injections are also associated with severe swelling in the treated area, that can take up to 1 – 2 weeks to subside. NeckTite are onetime treatments that specifically target the excess fat in a patient with double chin causing coagulation and liquefication of the fat followed by its removal by Lipoaspiration.
This is why NeckTite are far superior double chin treatments compared to Aqualyx and Fat Dissolving Injections.
How soon can I go back to work after NeckTite?
At Reforme Medical we advise our patients to wear pressure dressings following the treatment for 3 – 4 days, most patients choose to have the treatment on a Thursday and go back to work on the following Monday.
How long does it take for results to show after NeckTite?
The swelling that follows the treatment can take a couple of weeks to start receding, and you will notice increasing smoothing of the skin; however, given that the treatment delivers collagen and fat remodelling, it can take up to 3 – 6 months for the stable result to be established.
How long do the results of NeckTite last?
For most patients the results are stable for a few years and generally don’t need to be repeated, ancillary treatments like Morpheus8 done once a year may preserve the results of NeckTite for longer.
Am I a good candidate for NeckTite?
The ideal patient for these treatments are those who have a stable weight not too far from their ideal body weight, often these are patients with familial double chins or resistant bingo wings. Patients who follow a healthy lifestyle and who don’t smoke are ideal patients.
Dr Prashant at Reforme Medical will evaluate the severity of your problem and advise you if you will benefit from this procedure or if you need to have a surgical face or neck lift.
What is the difference between NeckTite, Softwave and Ultherapy?
NeckTite are minimally invasive treatments that have a longer downtime that Ultherapy and Softwave. Ultherapy is a non-invasive technology that delivers heating of the tissue under the skin using ultrasound energy, the energy is focussed into tiny dots of heating deep under the skin.
Softwave uses 7 parallel cylindrical high energy beams of ultrasound energy at a depth of 1.5mm under the skin causing heat induced collagen tightening. The Morpheus8 handpiece of the BodyTite platform delivers a much more controlled heating of the subcutaneous tissues using 24 gold plated needles that can be controlled to deliver the energy at a variety of depths from 4mm deep to 1mm deep from the surface of the skin.
Does NeckTite deliver the same results as a facelift?
The simple answer is NO, but in carefully selected patients who are not yet ready for a surgical treatment, NeckTite offers and excellent alternative with minimal downtime.
